More About Me-
I married my college sweetheart, Alex, 20 years ago. We have two good hearted and hilarious sons – 18 and 15 years old. I earned a BA in Political Science from California State University at Northridge. My work experience includes elementary school teaching, intuitive consulting, and being a proud stay at home mom. I have extensively studied psychology, spirituality and relationships. My areas of expertise include life purpose coaching, presentation coaching, transition coaching, career direction coaching, "Inside-Out Makeovers", parenting and overcoming the effects of sexual abuse.
I am a frequent lecturer on de-cluttering your life, write on many topics for several blogs, and am a founding member of "Divorce Angel" a resource group of professionals who help ease the pain, and confusion surrounding the divorce process. I also host a life coaching group called "Finding Your Starlit Path Womens Group" here in San Ramon through Meetup.com, where I teach Martha Beck's coaching tools.
I am also the proud mom of Teddy and Penny, our adorable and tiny Yorkshire Terriers.
